Delivery Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted freight and shipping providers to deliver your pallet(s) nationwide.
Tracking: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Delivery Times: Shipping typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery Address: Ensure all shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect addresses.
⚠️ Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of liquidation and wholesale inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances.
However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:
Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive a completely different pallet than what was described.
Severe Damage in Transit: If the pallet is significantly damaged upon delivery due to courier mishandling.
In these cases:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@wholesalepalletsliquidation.shop
Include photos and a detailed description of the issue.
Our team will review your claim and determine if a partial refund, store credit, or reshipment is appropriate.
🚫 We are not responsible for individual item defects or missing pieces within pallets, as these lots are sold as-is and may contain customer returns or shelf-pulls.
